Death Penalty is Not Legal

Sent today to all our Texas Legislators – Senators, Representatives, & their Staff. Part of an education series directed to our Public Servants.

THANK YOU, to the 26 legislators who stepped up to do their duty, in regard to scheduled execution of Rodney Reed.

BUT THIS BEGS THE QUESTION –

TO OUR OTHER LEGISLATORS – WHERE ARE YOU ???

For every elected Legislator there are many, at minimum 5, who are paid – full time –
And are expected to work – FULL TIME – in performing the functions, and carrying out the duties of a Legislative Division of a Republic.

Contrary to popular belief;

WE HAVE A FULL-TIME LEGISLATURE !

WHERE ARE THEY?
Why are they not doing what we pay them to do?

This includes those who are paid – full time salaries & benefits – to assist the 13 elected Republican Legislators, and 13 elected Democrat Legislators. Their staff should be calling on other Legislators in the House, and others in the Senate, to join the 26 in stopping this crime.

YES – If Rodney Reed is executed it will be a crime. It will be a violation of the Law. Why?

Contrary to popular belief;

THE DEATH PENALTY IS NOT
LEGAL IN AMERICA !

The fact that there are government entities within our United States of America that practice the death penalty does NOT mean it is legal. And Statutory Laws of those States do not make it a legal practice.

Getting away with a crime, regardless of how many times a person or gang of people are able to do so without punishment, does NOT make it ‘legal’. The most notable example in our history is the practice of slavery.

Contrary to popular belief;

SLAVERY IN OUR AMERICA
WAS NEVER LEGAL !

Now you askl; To where or what history and authority do these assertions come from?

From many, many years of study. And many, many years of experience that both inspired my study of history, law, government, philosophy, along with prayer and meditation on what I learned from the combination of study and experience.

But I can point to one, short, piece of Legislation enacted on July 4, 1776. This Law was passed by a unanimous vote of duly authorized representatives of the people that, with that law, formed a new nation of people we now know as AMERICANS. Unlike other Laws of our Land, such as our Constitutions for each of our States and for our United States, this law was ratified by more than simply a popular vote. It was ratified by a blood sacrifice of the people.

It is

LAW WRITTEN IN BLOOD

And this Law overrules all other Law for our Nation. In fact; All other law of our Nation is for the purpose of preserving, protecting, and defending the Law of July 4, 1776. Or what has been referred to as our organic law. Any Law or practice contrary to our Organic Law may have the color of law, or the appearance of law, but are not truly Law on this Land. Their may be practices common under the pretense they are legal or sanctioned by Law. But they are not. The most notable example in our history is the practice of slavery.

THE TOLARATION OF SLAVERY
DID NOT
MEAN IT WAS LEGAL !

The Law of July 4, 1776 outlawed slavery. And if you study our Constitution for our United States as I have, you will find that our US Constitution outlawed it as well. In various States that were part of the United States it was practiced and our Federal Government, along with the majority of Americans, tolerated the practice. The Law was finally enforced to end this illegal practice.

“While evils are sufferable”

Our Law of July 4, 1776, noted that an evil is not legitimized by allowing it’s practice.

“All experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.”

The same is true of the practice of murder by government. Or what is known as the death penalty. It is illegal. It is an evil. But we have yet to right ourselves. Eventually enough people of our Nation will educate and enlighten a sufficient number of others on our Land to enable the enforcement of the Law for the end of this illegal practice.

THE LAW OF JULY 4, 1776

LAW NUMBER 1:

We hold these truths to be self-evident.

NOTE: Self-Evident Truths are immutable. No human or group of humans has, or ever will have, the power to change them. A person or an entire population might choose to live in denial. But they do so at their own peril and, eventually, consequences will be suffered.

LAW NUMBER 2:

All people are endowed by their creator,
the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God,
with certain inalienable Rights.

NOTE: We were NOT created by Government. Therefore our Rights are not created by Government. God / Nature gave us these Rights. Governments and Laws might deprive people of them. But the Rights remain. The deprivation is a crime against God and Humanity. Even if the perpetrators are never punished by fellow humans. God / Nature granted rights to individuals. Individuals form groups to aid in securing their individual rights from other groups. And also from other individuals in their own group through systems of Laws and Procedure. But as human creations these groups do not have Rights. No “collective” has Rights from the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God.

That among these

LAW NUMBER 3:

The Right to Life.

LAW NUMBER 4:

The Right to Liberty.

LAW NUMBER 5:

The Right to the Pursuit of Happiness.

LAW NUMBER 6:

To secure these rights,

governments are instituted by people.

NOTE:

GOVERNMENT IS TO SECURE LIFE – NOT TAKE IT !!!

NOTE ALSO;

LIFE is a Right that precedes Liberty.

WHY? Because We need Life to have Liberty !

LIBERTY is the Right of the Individual to have Law protect them from the government. It is also the right to have Law and to protect them from the passions of their fellow humans, aka ‘The People’ or ‘The Public’. Governments have a duty to both comply with and enforce the Law. Therefore the Right to Life is sacrosanct. Without providing sanctity to LIFE the Right to Liberty is at risk of deprivation. To circumvent the Right to have Law protect the Individual those opposed to the Liberty will accuse others of crimes that they claim are deserving of the death penalty.

A people that truly understands and values Liberty will NOT allow their government to take the life of any other Citizen on their land regardless of the accusation or alleged proof in support of it.

DEATH IS NOT THE ULTIMATE PUNISHMENT

THERE ARE MANY PUNISHMENTS WORSE THAN DEATH

The Death Penalty is typically viewed as the ultimate punishment. This is because it is the punishment most preferred by those opposed to Liberty. To deprive people of the protection of the Law (Liberty) those opposed to Law will use positions of public trust, where they pretend to be a protector of the people as a cover for their treason, to silence with death those that might expose them.

THE TRUE PURPOSE FOR STATE SPONSORED DEATH
IS
TO SILENCE THE VICTIMS OF STATE INJUSTICE

Government Operatives, such as Dictators (including elected dictators), police, prosecutors, and Judges who are merely henchmen for the regime, promote the death penalty because it will silence those who might otherwise reveal the crimes they have committed.

Playing on the passions of those who have been wronged they will advocate for “closure” for the “victim” or families of victims. But death provides no closure. And death is an easy punishment to bear in relation to many others.

Death is an easy escape from the far more punishing ordeal of life in prison.

I can tell you from my experience of just five (5) months in prison that death would be less of a punishment.

Death is an easy escape from many punishments that life inflicts upon the innocent.

The destruction of my business by an illegal taking of my property accompanied with an arrest without probable cause was followed by a 2 years and 4 months wait for my speedy trial. The emotional distress and mental turmoil from this ordeal led to a psychological collapse. I descended into the mental hell of a severe depressive episode. Fortunately, with the aid of modern medication, I recovered. But I can tell you that there are afflictions of the mind that result in a punishment worse than death. A punishment for which people will seek death as an escape.

If punishment is the objective then the death penalty is not the ultimate. Only those blinded by primitive passions believe that it is. Those with enlightenment and life experience know otherwise.

IF YOU WANT TO SEE RODNEY REED PUNISHED

– THEN STOP THE EXECUTION.

Those opposed to stopping the execution know

RODNEY REED IS INNOCENT

A person who has had the experience of being a defendant has a far more accurate understanding than the criminal justice system than those who may spend years working in the system as a prosecutor, a judge, or even as a criminal defense attorney. Those positions will blind them to crucial aspects of the process and their experience from their vantage point may, over time, make it even more difficult if not impossible for them to recognize the inherent flaws. Flaws that can never be completely removed. The system will never be perfect.

My intimate knowledge of the system, combined with my knowledge of this case, leave absolutely no doubt in my mind. Rodney Reed is innocent. And it is because he is innocent that some in positions of public trust are determined to use the power of those positions to murder him. They are determined to silence him to cover up the fact he was convicted by those more concerned with covering for a fellow member of their class – A police officer at the time – then with truth and justice.

The purpose for a Legislative Division of government is to act as a CHECK on those in the Executive, and their puppets in the Judicial Divisions that are using their positions as a cover for their opposition to Liberty. Death has always been the favored tool of those who use an Executive Division position to enslave and oppress their fellow humans. The experience of humanity throughout history has proven a Judicial division alone cannot protect the people from Executive Division actors. Therefore Legislatures. And the three together are what is known as a REPUBLIC or a REPUBLICAN FORM OF GOVERNMENT.

TO RESTORE OUR REPUBLIC –
ABOLISH THE STATE’S USE OF THE DEATH AS PUNISHMENT

Begin by stopping the execution of Rodney Reed !
